Every year, Humble Area Assistance Ministries (HAAM) raises money and gathers toys and food for thousands of area families needing assistance. This year, the number of families needing help is significantly larger due to Hurricane Harvey. This event left many displaced that are still living in hotels, with family or friends, and even in other temporary housing until their home can be repaired or they can locate a new, permanent residence.
