Huffman Masons recognize Hargrave senior with Award of Excellence

The Huffman ISD Board meeting on March 27 was preceded by a special presentation of the annual Mirabeau B. Lamar Scholarship and Award for Excellence in Education. The Lamar Medal is awarded by local Masonic Lodges to students and educators in recognition of outstanding personal achievement in academics, citizenship, community service and/or sports. This year’s Huffman recipient is Shanelle Shojaei, a senior at Hargrave High School. Mark Lee, Huffman’s Masonic Lodge president, made the presentation. Read full article at OurTribune.com.
