Humble adopts two ordinances; approves two development plats

With nothing but routine items scheduled for approval on its Aug. 10 agenda, Mayor Merle Aaron sped through the Humble City Council Meeting in less than 10 minutes. City Manager Darrell Boeske brought each of the four items up for motion and vote. The items had all been reviewed in advance by Aaron and all five council members.
