Humble City Council hands out awards, flood donation
The Humble City Council handled a variety of city business April 19.
Quarterly investment reports, the monthly financial statement current invoices, and monthly department reports and correspondence were read. A motion for approval of the consent agenda carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Councilmember Alan Steagall regarding discussion of Ordinance 18-820, amending Chapter “Animals,” Article I “In General,” to allow kennels previously prohibited in residential neighborhoods. The motion for approval again carried unanimously.
