Humble City Council’s unopposed incumbents sworn in

Even though the May 5 general city election was canceled because there were no candidates running against the incumbents for city council positions 3, 4 and 5, those incumbents are still required to be reinstalled into their respective elected positions. Council Members Allan Steagall, Norman Funderburk and David Pierce were all officially reinstalled as Humble city council members at the May 10 city council meeting.
