Humble, TX -- Houston developer Land Tejas recently broke ground on a new master planned, residential community. The new development, Balmoral, will be a 580-acre, 1,700 home community. A grand opening for model homes is expected in summer 2017.
The area will feature traditional, Texas-style homes that start in the low $20,000s. The development will be located off Beltway 8 North Woodland Hills Drive near Woodlands Hill Drive and Silver Lake Road.
When completed, Balmoral will feature gated, non-gated and lakeside neighborhoods. Residents will also be able to take advantage of about 100 acres of amenities, including hike and bike trails and parks. The first amenities are expected to be completed by 2018.
