Humble hears FEMA rep on flood funding

The Humble City Council held a special city council meeting and public hearing May 31 to consider block grant funding that may be available as a result of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration) designated storm disasters in 2016. The first occurred April 17-30 and the second May 22-24. The funding would be used to repair and improve specific damages and conditions associated with those two severe weather events.
