The Humble City Council was recognized as the winner of the Texas Masonry Council’s Houston Area Sustainable Award at its June 15 meeting. Tony Topping, the masonry council’s government relations specialist for the greater Houston area, presented the award to Mayor Merle Aaron and the city council.
