I hope everyone had a frightfully fun Halloween! It is one of my absolute favorite holidays when it comes to catering and event planning. One of our clients this year let me run off with my imagination. Some of you might remember the little stunt we set up at one of Cheryl Johnson’s past Halloween parties (looking at you, Gwendolyn Condoleo Crawford) where we had some of the staff dressed as zombies crawling out of the bushes as guests arrived – this time around they did double duty as they also served as valets and passed appetizers while staying in character.
