Kingwood Parks: feral hogs are back; final dog park decision dela

At its Nov. 2 meeting, the Kingwood Service Association (KSA) Parks Committee assessed its flood recovery progress, heard general comments from concerned residents about the recovery, and deferred its decision to go forward with the creation of a dog park until the first quarter of 2018.Early in the meeting, Ethel McCormick of Kingwood Management Association, the administrative company for KSA, called attention to one apparent result of the flood: the return and rapidly growing number of feral hog intrusions into eastern areas of Kingwood and East End Park.
