Kingwood resident selected for World Photographic Cup

Francie Baltazar of Fireheart Photography was not only named a platinum medalist during Professional Photographers of America's 2016 International Photographic Competition, Baltazar also won the first place, grand prize in the 2017 Kodak Gallery Elite awards and the fourth place International Grand Imaging Award at the International Photographic Competition. She was selected for the international World Photographic Cup which was held Feb. 23. Baltazar’s photo was one of 18 selected from all submissions across the U.S. to be entered into the World Photographic Cup. Team USA won silver at this competition.
