
Ever since the Harvey flood, 13-year-old Regan Lindseth had been wanting to do something to make a difference. When she learned that the theme of this year’s project for the Gifted and Talented program at Creekwood Middle School was “Pursuit of Passion,” she got busy.“She loves reading,” said Regan’s mother, Lindsay Lindseth. “So she wanted to do something that involves reading.”Lindseth explained that her daughter’s first thought was to collect books to donate, but she learned that the greatest need was financial at this stage.
