Removal of underbrush, bushes at Kingwood’s Kroger surprises residents

It was quite a shock for many Kingwood area residents when the underbrush and bushes were removed at the corner of Northpark Drive and West Lake Houston Parkway at the Kroger grocery store.Residents took to social media and the nextdoor.com website to express their concerns and dissatisfaction that the underbrush was removed, making the store more visible and to some, making the corner look more exposed than it has appeared for more than a decade.
