Tularosa Southwestern Grill celebrates more than a year in Kingwood

Hatch chile peppers are featured heavily on the menu of the Tularosa Southwestern Grill in Kingwood. Owner R.C. Gallegos, who also owns RC’s NYC Pizza in Kingwood and The Woodlands, grew up in El Paso, but spent childhood summers and holidays visiting his mother’s family in Tularosa, N.M., not far from the Hatch Valley.
