What, not one but TWO snow days off in Houston? How weird was the snow white look for four whole days? It sure was pretty, though. I absolutely LOVE cold weather, even if it makes me a little homesick. The fact that I got to enjoy the look of snow without having to shovel the driveway or salt the front walkway was a nice little bonus. And so was being able to wear shorts by the weekend. Another little bonus? Being housebound for a full couple of days to do stuff like clean my bathroom and bake banana bread. I am all sorts of recharged. Check out complete article at OurTribune.com.
