HALL Group has disclosed key appointments for its $7 billion project

The HALL Group is aiming to revolutionize the existing business-focused HALL Park in Frisco into a vibrant lifestyle hub

Frisco, Texas - The HALL Group has disclosed key appointments for its $7 billion project in Frisco, aiming to revolutionize the existing business-focused HALL Park into a vibrant lifestyle hub, Dallas Metro News reported.

Hans Ritten, a seasoned hospitality professional with roles at Loews Philadelphia Hotel and Omni Hotel Chicago, has been named general manager for the soon-to-be-unveiled HALL Park Hotel. Simultaneously, Ashley Herrera will serve as senior property manager for The Monarch, a high-end residential tower in HALL Park.

Ritten, who brings 30 years of industry experience, was celebrated as the "Hotelier of the Year, Chicago" in 2018 by the Illinois Hotel and Lodging Association. He is an alumnus of the Hotel Management School in Heerlen, Netherlands, where he obtained bachelor's degrees in hotel and restaurant management, and business administration. At HALL Park Hotel, his tasks will span operations management to guiding its restaurant and retail sectors.

The HALL Park Hotel will become part of the Autograph Collection and promises a top-tier guest experience with 224 rooms and 60 spacious suites. The hotel, which overlooks the stunning Kaleidoscope Park, will house a curated collection of local and international art, and offer amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center, pool, and a scenic patio. Additionally, the hotel will have a grand 4,000-square-foot ballroom and a gourmet restaurant and lounge, creating a harmonious blend of aesthetics, functionality, and environmental harmony.

Ashley Herrera has been chosen as the senior property manager for The Monarch, a luxury 19-story apartment building from HALL Group, due to open in late 2023. She has 16 years of experience in managing multifamily properties and has worked with major firms such as Cushman & Wakefield, The Lynd Company, and Lincoln Property Company.

Starting from June, The Monarch will begin taking reservations for its 214 luxury apartments. The building offers a variety of 29 floor plans, including eight special penthouse units with large balconies and great views.

The Monarch will also provide a huge amount of amenities, taking up an entire level with 21,700 square feet. These include a stylish club room with a kitchen, a large swimming pool, a modern fitness studio, an outdoor grilling area, and a quiet place for yoga and meditation. There will also be practical facilities like bike storage, a pet care area, and a professional meeting space.
