McKinney, Texas - In an affirming demonstration of its burgeoning success, Salad and Go has announced ambitious plans to establish a third outpost in McKinney, marking a significant expansion in their healthy fast-food footprint. This development, confirmed by a company spokesperson, is anticipated to materialize in the first semester of 2024, adding to the growing ecosystem of health-conscious eateries in the region.

Destined for the southwest quadrant of the bustling intersection at US 75 and Virginia Parkway, the new venture is prefigured in meticulous detail within the city's planning dossier. Salad and Go, an establishment renowned for its broad and diverse offerings, tempts the palate of its patrons with a smorgasbord of nine distinctive salads and wraps.

The menu doesn't stop there, however. It further tantalizes with breakfast burritos—a delightful fusion of morning sustenance—and an array of refreshing beverages, including artisanal lemonades, a selection of teas, and invigorating cold-brew coffee, as per the information available on the company's website.

Dating back to its inception in 2013 in the picturesque town of Gilbert, Arizona, Salad and Go has successfully proliferated its brand, operating an impressive network of over 70 locations that span across the states of Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas.

The company's inaugural foray into the McKinney food scene emerged triumphantly in December, with its establishment at 4751 S. Custer Road. Following this auspicious debut, a second location is poised to unfurl in north McKinney, further cementing Salad and Go's commitment to providing nutritious, convenient, and affordable food options to the community.

“As with most of North Texas, McKinney is a fast-growing family community. We also believe there is currently a gap in the availability of convenient, nutritious and affordable food,” said Matt Coperhaver, chief of development at Salad and Go, in a statement. “The residents of McKinney have been and will continue to be great guests of Salad and Go.”
