Smashburger To Open Store In Prosper In Late August

PROSPER, TX — Burger lovers, rejoice! Smashburger is slated to open a new restaurant in Prosper on August 22 at 10 a.m. Owned locally by father and son team Terry and Chad Gassaway, Smashburger-Prosper is the duo’s second location opening following a store in the Colony in 2016.

The Prosper location is currently accepting applications to join the team of workers leading the “better burger” charge, including hourly employees and management opportunities.

Adding to its diverse menu, Smashburger also offers a wide selection of other entrees, including grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches, black bean burgers, fresh-tossed signature salads, kids meals and a variety of sides, including rosemary and garlic seasoned Smashfries, fried pickles, crispy brussels sprouts and haystack onions. The restaurant will also serve a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages including local beers and hand-spun Häagen-Dazs shakes.

Smashburger-Prosper will be located at 1111 S Preston Road, Suite 13, Prosper, TX 75078, and will open its doors on Aug. 22 at 10 a.m. In addition, Smashburger will be hosting a community grand opening event with family-friendly activations, specials and promotions, and more on Aug. 25, 2018.
