Meyerland Residents Deal With Floodwaters For Third Time in as Many Years
Rains are expected to continue through Thursday, with additional flooding possible.

HOUSTON, TX — It's happening again. Portions of Meyerland flooded today, and people who live in the area must feel as if they are playing a role in Groundhog Day.
There were no reports of flooded homes as of early this afternoon, but a number of cars sustained water damage as the rains caused bayous to overflow their banks.
Michael Pitzen, who lives with his wife and son on McDermed Drive, said both ends of the section of McDermed he lives on were impassable at 5:45 this morning.
