Police Find Burned Body In Dumpster In East Houston
Firefighters respond to a call on Friday morning on Market Street near East Freeway.
HOUSTON, TX — Homicide officers with the Houston Police Department are on the scene where a body was found in a burning dumpster early Friday morning on Market Street near East Freeway.
The Houston Fire Department responded to a call around 6 a.m. after a witness spotted a fire in a dumpster. When officers arrived, they discovered what was apparently a human body.
Area television stations are reporting that the victim was dead when officers arrived.
