In Broad Daylight: Video Camera Captures Brazen Houston Purse-Snatching

Man approached woman in southwest Houston, then assaulted her and took handbag.

HOUSTON, TX — It was a brazen attack, and a suspect is still on the loose.

On February 21, an armed man with long dreadlocks approached a woman around 8:15 a.m. in a parking lot in th 6100 block of Corporate Drive in southwest Houston. He pushed her off the pavement onto a grassy patch and, after a brief scuffle, walked away with her purse.

The suspect, who has not been apprehended, has a mustache and medium-brown complexion.
