- On Monday, March 14, 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse opened in Pflugerville. The venue is located at 19109 Limestone Commercial Drive and their menu "features more than 150 items, including craft burgers, steaks, sandwiches and Southern comfort food dishes" such as "fried steak, ribs and jambalaya." - Austin Innovative Concrete – Epoxy, Overlays, Polished & Stained concrete company, located at 604 S Railroad Ave. in Pflugerville, offers "a full range of services, including polished and stained concrete, overlays, and epoxy coatings" and provides professional "concrete maintenance services." The locally owned and operated company is fully licensed and insured and "has served Austin for over 12 years." A company spokesperson said, “We help clients to choose stylish and affordable pieces that require minimal maintenance. - REIT Kilroy Realty Corp. from Los Angeles recently "acquired a 2.9-acre site near The Domain in North Austin that is zoned for the development of a 493,000-square-foot office building." The property sold for $40 million, but the seller was not disclosed. The entitlements are fully secured, and construction is set to begin as early as this summer and should be finished by 2024. - On Wednesday, March 16 at approximately 8 p.m., a shooting occurred at 408 E. Rundberg Lane in North Austin and "the Austin Police Association issued a Public Safety Notice." According to witnesses, a female shot at a vehicle and per the Austin Police Department, "the victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries." The suspect was arrested and was cooperative, and officials confirmed that "this was an isolated incident and there was no threat to the public." For more details visit: (FOX 7 Austin)
