Austin Area Vet Care Provider Offers Curbside Assistance
ZippiVet has implemented curbside service and virtual vet consultations for pets to help slow the spread of coronavirus in the community.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX —As coronavirus continues to impact our day-to-day lives, and communities settling into a new normal, many companies have been forced to make adjustments to the way they conduct business. Amid non-essential business closures as an effort to slow or stop the spread of disease and in keeping with Stay Home, Stay Safe, many are now finding ways to implement safe and effective methods of delivering services.
ZippiVet and their locations throughout Austin and surrounding areas will offer alternatives to treating pets in the midst of COVID-19 and the challenges presented. In keeping with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines to help reduce the spread of coronavirus, ZippiVet have implemented curbside care for all patients until further notice.
In addition, ZippiVet offers Virtual Vet Consultations to protect the health and safety of staff, clients, and the communities they serve. Cost for virtual vet consultations are offered at a rate less than a house call or visit to the ER. As part of its pharmacy modifications, clients may also receive shipment directly to their home, or call ahead to receive their pets medication curbside. To learn more, click HERE.
