Austin Public Health Launches Satellite Location For Services

NORTH AUSTIN, TX —Austin Public Health, with its mission to prevent disease, promote health, and protect the well-being of all, with the vision of making Austin/Travis County the healthiest in the nation, has launched a pilot of a new satellite location for services. As part of The Austin Public Health Neighborhood Services Unit, neighborhood services will now be offered at North Austin YMCA.

The new location will offer a host of services for the community including bus passes; rent and utility assistance; social work services; and nursing services. Customers may schedule an appointment to visit the North Austin YMCA on selected dates to receive assistance.
