Author Hosts Workshop On Ways To Manage Thoughts, Emotions

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Austin Managing Your Crazy Self Workshop is a limited-seated event open to the first 20 registrants scheduled and is hosted by Randy Guttenberger, author of Managing Your Crazy Self, and bringing 23 years of coaching and training simplifying neuroscience. The workshop will be held at the Pflugerville Public Library and offers insight on three innovative, organic ways to manage your thoughts and emotions as a way to reduce stress, anxiety, fears, and was to improve relationships.

Attendees will learn how the Brain vs. Mind generate thoughts and emotions and help create peace in your life, and improve personal relationships including with yourself, your partner, your children, and your colleagues. The workshop will also offer a Managing Your Crazy Self book overview, and includes 3 CEU's for Counselors and CPE for teachers.

Topics covered in the workshops:

• The Brain - functions as the hardware, like an operating system, leading us to emotional reactions.
• The Personality - functions as the software to the brain's hardware that can magnify emotions and perspectives unique to each of us.
• The Data - life experiences are the data processed in the brain which the personality magnifies.
• Introduction to the Workbook - guides you to identify and heal core emotional wounds.
• Tips to engage your conscious mind and gain the peace you want.
