City Of Austin Hosts Webinar On Work From Home Tax Deductions
The webinar held via Zoom will be taught by a UT Austin Instructor and offers valuable insight on the pros and cons of working from home.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX—As more people transition to remote work, it's important to know that working from home can reduce your tax liability, but is it the best financial decision for you and your family? The City of Austin Economic Development Small Business Department will host an informative webinar, Home Office Tax Deductions and Your Vehicle –Do You Qualify? to offer insight on the pros and cons of working from home.
Scheduled Wednesday, Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., this is a virtual instructor-led webinar held on Zoom platform. This class is taught by a University of Texas Instructor and counts toward the 6-course requirement needed to earn your Business Skills Certification and includes $35 fee.
