The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on March 8, 2022.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS, REPLEAING AND AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADOPT CERTAIN INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODES AND STANDARDS WITH AMENDMENTS; ESTABLISHING CERTAIN BUILDING REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS; ESTABLISHING PENALTIES THERETO; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The caption of this ordinance will remain posted until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
