City Of Pflugerville Offers Utility Payment Assistance Program

Eligible residents adversely impacted by the pandemic may apply to receive utility payment assistance through the CDBG-CARES Act.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX—The City of Pflugerville announced additional funds granted for the 2020 Action Plan for the Community Block Grant (CDBG) program, as part of the CARES act. Funds allotted will be used to offer a utility bill assistance program for low to moderate income Pflugerville residents receiving water, wastewater or trash service via the City that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Residents who are provided assistance from the program may use funds toward three consecutive months on utility payments within a 12-month period. The program is set to remain open while funding is available, and eligible residents may fill out the survey and apply at this link.
