The City of Pflugerville has two new rebate programs for conserving water. The Washing Machine Rebate program is for the for the purchase of high-efficiency clothes washers. A high-efficiency clothes washer uses 25% less energy and 33% less water than a normal washer.  These savings aren't only good for the environment but can help lower the cost of your utility and energy bills!
