COVID-19 Hotline Created For Uninsured Travis County Residents

CommUnityCare Health launches a medical professional-staffed hotline for uninsured Travis County residents during the coronavirus pandemic.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX —CommUnityCare Health Centers, offering services at 27 locations and 3 partner locations throughout Travis County and surrounding counties, has launched a hotline for uninsured Travis County residents experiencing coronavirus-like symptoms (COVID-19). The hotline is staffed with medical professionals to assist uninsured individuals who do not have an established doctor. The hotline is offered for guidance and to help mitigate the spread of the virus to the communities they serve.

Travis County residents may call the COVID-19 Hotline at 512-978-8775. It's important to be informed in order to stay healthy. According to CommUnityCare, if you’re experiencing cold and cough symptoms and think you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, staying home and in isolation is the best way to protect yourself and others from exposure.
