Lunch And Learn Event Transports Participants On Culinary Journey

NORTH AUSTIN, TX—Looking to take on new challenges this 2021? Have you ever wanted to try your hand at preparing new and exciting cuisines? If so, you'll want to check out Learn & Lunch: Lemony Delights from the Amalfi Coast, a one hour lunch time class hosted by Central Market Austin on North Lamar.

Enjoy a culinary journey to Southern Italy, where you'll pick up tips to learn how to make three exquisite dishes that feature a favorite fruit - lemon! The delicious menu will include:

• Grilled Vegetable Caprese Salad
• Pasta with Lemon, Parmesan & Arugula
• Lemon Torte

The class designed for ages 18 and up, and will include safety protocols in place to protect the health and well-being of all those in attendance. Safety and precautions include:

• Attendees are asked to return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
• Please wear a mask while in the Cooking Schools. Masks can be removed to enjoy samples provided or the food that you have prepared.
• Central Market Partners will maintain a 6-foot distance from attendees while in the Cooking Schools. Participants are asked to maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees during the class.
