Meditation For Teens Helps Children Relieve Stress, Anxiety

The online class offered for teens and tweens will teach kids how to meditate to access deep rest and relaxation and boost mental health.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Teens and tweens are invited to experience effortless meditation and deep rest with a class designed as an introduction into the benefits of meditation and ways to integrate the practice into their daily life. As the stress and anxiety of life increases, especially during these times amid a pandemic, children are especially vulnerable to their adverse effects.

Children in the process of developing their coping skills, who are not able to access the same self-care methods as adults, benefit from meditation as an accessible and effective way for teens and tweens to boost their mental health. Meditation for Teens will offer a range of dates to attend with the next scheduled class slated for Thursday, Oct. 1 at 5:15 p.m.

The meditation class will offer participants the opportunity to experience:
