🌱 New Adult Community Opening In Pflugerville + New Local Homes

  1. This fall, Amberlin Pflugerville, a new active adult community on "the southeast corner of East Pflugerville Parkway and Wilke Ridge Lane," will be opening in Pflugerville. The community will be located on 52 acres of land, which was sold to developer Sparrow Parners by "neighboring Hill Country Bible Church." Presently the community is under construction, but when it's finished, it will have 195 units and "will offer wellness-oriented living for residents aged 55 and older with a focus on helping residents stay socially and physically active." Danny Box, lead pastor at Hill Country Bible Church, said, "We have always envisioned this land drawing the community together and we think there is a need for more senior housing in our community."
