Online Bake Sale Helps Support Local Restaurants Amid COVID-19

NORTH AUSTIN, TX—Texas Food & Wine Alliance (AFWA) invite you to celebrate Valentine's Day enjoying delectable treats in support of local restaurants impacted by the pandemic. Citywide Sugar High is an online bake sale giving you access to sweet and savory goodies crafted by Austin's finest bakers and pastry chefs.

The one-of-a-kind boxes create an ideal gift for your special someone, friends, family, or anyone else in your community who may need a little extra love. The online bake sale features love-inspired treats available for pickup at Last Straw at 1914 East Sixth Street, Suite C on Sunday, February 14 from 10 am - 2pm. You can also opt for Austin delivery; the $10 fee will benefit service industry workers affected by the pandemic. Delivery drivers will use worry-free safety precautions and no-contact measures. Deliveries will arrive on Sunday, February 14 between 9 am - 5 pm.

Boxes will also include a $5 donation to AFWA in support of the nonprofit and their mission of supporting Central Texas community through its culinary innovation grants and educational programs. Note: Please read 'Delivery & Curbside Pickup Information prior to placing your order.
