Online Thanksgiving Pie Class Offers Tips And Recipe Ideas
The online class will offer advice from an expert baker on how to prepare perfect pies just in time for the holidays.
PFLUGERVILLE, TX—With Thanksgiving less than two weeks away, it's the perfect time to start planning a holiday meal menu for everyone to enjoy. And if there's baking involved, you won't want to miss the opportunity to attend a virtual Thanksgiving Pie Class, and receive helpful tips and tricks from an expert baker to be able to bake pie after pie with confidence.
The free online class will be hosted by baker and pie expert Rachel Jolbert on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 5:30 p.m. and will feature a discussion on crust essentials; a walk through of an all-butter pie dough recipe; and a demonstration on how to properly roll, shape and bake. The class will also troubleshoot common problems that arise when baking.
