Pflugerville Considers Rezoning For Single-Family Housing

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — An upcoming public hearing is scheduled on the rezoning of some 40 acres of agriculture land to single family residential for a project dubbed Enclave at Cele, officials said Tuesday.

The plan calls for rezoining acreage encompassing some 41.3 acres located southwest of the Cele Road and Melber Lane intersection along the south side of the former artery. The public hearing is set for Tuesday, July 28, by video/telephone conference. The agenda for the Public Hearing will be posted 72 hours prior to the public hearing at https://pflugervilletx.legistar.com.

City officials noted public comment will only be allowed via telephone/video conference at the regular meeting scheduled to begin at 7 p.m., and speakers must register to address city officials at least two hours in advance of the regular meeting. Speakers must call in at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start in order to speak. Written comments may also be submitted two hours in advance of the meeting.
