Pflugerville To Host Governor's Small Business Forum
Small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs learn valuable lessons on how to start, operate, grow and sustain their business.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — It is estimated that Texas is home to more than 2.2 million small businesses, including over 725,000 women and minority owned small business. In Texas, small businesses propel the economy with innovation, create a diverse market landscape, and bring new jobs and opportunities to our communities.
The Governor's Small Business Forums offer small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs with timely, relevant, actionable advice on ways to start, operate, grow and sustain their business. Offering these events across Texas, the forums provide invaluable information such as private and public business resources, practical solution, best practices and expert assistance on a range of topics and challenges associated with small businesses. Guests also have the opportunity to network with other community entrepreneurs, business owners, managers and business-oriented non-profits, as well as local, regional, state and federal agencies.
The Governor’s Small Business Forum - Central Texas will be held Thursday, Nov. 14 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott Pflugerville located at 16100 Impact Way, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Registration Fee: $20 and includes parking, continental breakfast, and lunch.
