The library provides a continually updated site with resources for kids, adults, and seniors to support mental wellness amid coronavirus.
PFLUGERVILLE, TX—According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), the coronavirus pandemic and the heightened media attention is triggering increased anxiety in individuals and families. Coping with stress amid the current public health crisis is an important step in keeping healthy and well.
There are tips and resources available online for ways to improve mental health during these challenging times, and one area organization offers links to checking in with your mental health. The Pflugerville Public Library is closed amid the coronavirus outbreak, but offers the community access to resources through its website. The continually updated site offers a host of resources with links available for kids, adults, and older adults and offers helpful suggestions and activities to ease anxiety.
