PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Another Christmas in the books, and the time has come to put away those decorations for next year. It's also time to throw out the Christmas tree, and Pflugerville can help. The City of Pflugerville invites residents to recycle their trees during designated days and hours at the City Recycle Center.

Located at 15500 Sun Light Near Way, Christmas tree recycling is available on Friday, Saturday and Monday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Those taking part in the recycling program are asked to please remove all decorations prior to dropping it off. To recycle items at the center, you must be a resident of the City of Pflugerville and a utility customer. Please bring a valid photo ID and a recent utility statement from the City of Pflugerville for verification.

Residents may also leave their trees curbside on scheduled trash pickup day. Please note, trees left curbside will not be recycled and must be cut to a length of 4 feet or less. For more information on recycling, visit pflugervilletx.gov/recyclecenter. The only location for recycling a tree is the Recycle Center. Trees are NOT accepted at Wells Point Park.
