Pflugerville Pets Alive! Hosts Benefit Dog Jog And 5K

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Pflugerville Pets Alive! — helping homeless pets of Pflugerville become healthy and to find them safe and happy homes, while creating programs and services benefitting the pets in the Pflugerville Animal Shelter — invite the community to the 5th Annual Dog Jog and 5K Run on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Pfluger Park located at 515 City Park Rd., Pflugerville, TX 78660.

Registration is now open and this event is geared toward all fitness levels and age groups, as well being family and pet-friendly. Walkers, joggers, and runners are all welcome to participate and strollers and wagons are welcome on the running path.

The event promises to be a fun-filled day in the park featuring vendor booths, costume contests, and gift basket raffles. Proceeds from the benefit go directly to Pflugerville Pets Alive! to continue offering programs and services to homeless pets of the community.
