Police Investigate 'Suspicious Death' In North Austin
Few details were released related to an incident being investigated at the 800 block of Sugaree Avenue on Friday police tweeted about.
AUSTIN, TX — Police are investigating a suspicious death in North Austin, officials said Friday.
The incident was along the 800 block of Sugaree Avenue, police wrote in a tweet. Police termed the occurrence as an "isolated incident" with no lingering threat posed to the public. When using such verbiage, police denote the confrontation was limited to victim and suspect rather than a random act posing a threat to the public at large.
Police released no further details. As a result, neither the nature of the victim's injuries nor the age and gender of the deceased person are known.
