Practice Yoga Austin Offers Online Classes, Virtual Workshops
The Austin-based studio offers yoga via Zoom amid COVID-19, and includes classes for all levels and a calendar of virtual workshops, events.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Located in the heart of Downtown Austin, Practice Yoga Austin (PYA) is a popular yoga studio offering donation based Yoga for the community. As a result of coronavirus restrictions, the studio has temporarily transitioned to online classes and virtual workshops and events to help the Austin area community stay active and engaged while social distancing and sheltering in place.
PYA offers daily classes for all levels all live-streamed and able to be enjoyed from the comfort of home. Participants may sign up for class schedules and register at least 5 minutes before start time to then receive a link to join.
