San Antonio Firm Buys Grand Avenue Center Retail Hub
The property has been fully leased since its construction in 2005.
NORTH AUSTIN-PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- A San Antonio-based firm has purchased the retail property dubbed the Grand Avenue Center, according to a published report.
In its “Real Estate Roundup” detailing recent real estate transactions, the Austin Business Journal listed the sale of the 19,414-square-foot retail property, to JPH Associates LLC. Situated on three acres of land in Pflugerville, the site is located at 1615 Grand Avenue Parkway.
The seller was Grand Avenue Retail Partners LP. The retail site is fully leased after having been built in 2005.
