The Tai Chi outdoor class is offered to the community and is an opportunity to enjoy a morning practicing this relaxation technique.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX—The community is invited to enjoy a morning of zen and relaxation with Tai Chi in the Park. Join Tai Chi instructor Larry for an outdoor lesson at Pfluger Park to enjoy the cooler autumn temperatures, and as an opportunity to close out the month of October on a good note with plenty of calm and clarity.

The program is offered free to the community, and the upcoming Tai Chi in the Park will be held Saturday, Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and to bring a yoga mat. No prior Tai Chi experience needed, and participants will be required to wear masks. As class begins, participants may social distance six feet apart, and may remove their masks once at a safe distance. To celebrate Halloween, participants may wear a costume to bring on some fun.
