Virtual Vacation Offers Escape From Reality This 2020
Almost Real Things Magazine hosts the virtual event featuring access to an at-home art and music experience and a companion box to purchase.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX—If you need a break from 2020, you'll want to check out Almost Real Thingsmagazine's Virtual Vacation featuring a memorable at-home art and music experience for all to enjoy. An art and music experience, the online events features a live, interactive variety show with 45+ talented musicians, artists and performers to take you on a break from reality.
Scheduled Saturday, Dec. 19 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., the virtual experience is free to watch and participate, with a curated interactive Companion Box available for purchase to guide you through the journey. As a nonprofit, Almost Real Things collects funds from Companion Boxes to ensure artists, musicians and performers may continue to be paid in order to make these vacations possible.
The Virtual Vacation will offer participants the chance to watch, draw, chat, dance, and sing along to Henry Invisible, Uncommon People, Namūh, Chido Machine, Bendy Lyndi, Matthew Aldini, Ami Plasse, Sasha Devore, Chris Tobar Rodriguez, Maria Gotay, Austin Swearengin, Ryan Brewer, Brittney Jones, Mariah Rocha, Morgan Floki, and Morgan Baker.
