  1. Today, April 22, The Who rock band kicks off their "The Who Hits Back tour" along with "a wide range of artists who will join them as special guests on the tour." The tour "will follow on with a second round of North American shows in the fall, including scheduled performances at the United Center in Chicago, and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on Nov. 1. The tour wraps in early November with a pair of shows at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas."   2. During the first quarter of 2022, "Epcon Franchising... announced the addition of four new Franchise Builders... in four different states." One of those is TKTI in North Austin and is represented by Tim and Kim Frank, who are experienced house flippers. In addition to working in his family's construction business since an early age, Tim "worked for Pulte in accounting" in the past and presently "owns an accounting firm."   3. Due to shortages in staffing and "a struggle to hire during the pandemic," the Travis County ESD #2 Fire Department "is changing their application process." In doing this, "they meant to get more than 340 applicants, which resulted in 50 cadets." Nick Perkins, Travis County ESD #2 fire chief, said, "It’s the largest applicant pool we’ve ever had, it’s the largest cadet class we’ve ever had, it’s also the most diverse candidate pool we’ve ever had."
