Police are investigating a shooting reported at FM 1942 and Lynchburg Road at about 6 a.m. Friday: Reports
CROSBY, TX -- Harris County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting in east Harris County that left two people injured.
The was reported just after 6 a.m., near Lynchburg Road and and FM 1942.

Investigators said that a man and a woman who'd been shot drove to a home in that area for help, KTRK reported.
LifeFlight took one of the victims to Memorial Hermann Hospital, while the other was taken by ground ambulance to an area hospital for treatment.

Officials haven't released the conditions of the victims, or indicated what led to the shooting.
