Community Invited To Virtual Grand Opening Celebration
The Brushy Creek Trail Extension opens Friday, June 5 and residents are invited to view the celebration online including a ribbon cutting.

ROUND ROCK, TX —Round Rock residents will have a chance to attend a virtual Grand Opening Celebration for the City's new Brushy Creek Trail Extension from A.W. Grimes to Georgetown St. on Friday, June 5 beginning at 11 a.m. Mayor Craig Morgan and City leaders will be on hand to open the Brushy Creek Trail Extension for public use with the Grand Opening Celebration featuring a ribbon cutting and a virtual trail tour.
The new extension is a major addition to Round Rock's growing trail system and includes a 1.13 mile, 10 foot wide concrete trail, pedestrian underpass beneath a private drive, pedestrian bridge, incredible views of Brushy Creek, entry monuments, seating and dog stations.
