ROUND ROCK, TX — The Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department and in partnership with Dell Children’s Ascension will host a free trick-or-treating event for families with special needs children on Saturday, Oct. 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Local businesses and organizations from the community will decorate vehicle trunks and distribute candy to kids as they "trunk-or-treat" from car to car.

The family-focused event encourages active participation for children with various disabilities or limitation within a safe environment. Children will experience trick-or-treating fun without concerns crossing streets or navigating traffic, and is also a great accessibility benefit for those with various disabilities or limitation.

Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and bring trick-or-treat bags to collect their goodies. For more information, please visit the City of Round Rock website.
