Festival Celebrates Art And Strives To Make It Accessible To All
Round Rock Chalk Walk Festival is an event benefitting the arts and works to advance awareness for its significance within our communities.
ROUND ROCK, TX — Get ready for Round Rock's largest festival for the arts, where the community is invited to enjoy a weekend of events, including beautiful sidewalk murals and chalk art, musicians, theatrical performances, children's performances and plenty of food and drinks. The Chalk Walk Arts Festival draws thousands each year and strives to make the arts accessible to all.
With the generous support of sponsors, participating artists have the chance to compete for cash prizes in categories including Best of Show; Second Place; Third Place; Best Representation of Round Rock; Best Animal; Best Figure; Best Copy of a Famous Masterpiece; Best New Comer (first-time artist); and Most Creative.
Attendees will have the opportunity to admire incredible art work and enjoy 2 full days of celebration for the arts and activities for all to enjoy. Scheduled for Friday, Oct. 4 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. , The 2019 Chalk Walk Arts Festival takes place at Dell Diamond stadium located at 3400 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665, home of the Round Rock Express.
